Individuals

If you’re reading this, you might be overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggling with your relationships, or feeling like things are out of control.

I know because I’ve been there too.

Why it feels like this

Many of us with BPD have had invalidating relationship experiences where our intense emotional realities weren’t seen or supported. Oftentimes it's not that our loved ones didn't care, but that they didn't have the tools or understanding to help us in the way we needed.

As a result, you might find yourself turning up the volume on your distress to be heard. This can make people think you’re acting out, when all you want is to be seen, understood, and accepted. These "acting out" behaviours, although they can be chaotic or extreme, come from a place of deep need for secure connection. You are capable of creating that connection with yourself and your loved ones, and we are here to help you reach that goal.

What life could be

You deserve a life where you feel valued, where your emotions are acknowledged and managed in a healthy way, and where you can build and maintain meaningful, stable relationships. You deserve to feel a sense of peace and security within yourself, and to know that you are capable of navigating your internal and external worlds with confidence and stability.

How we can work together

My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, and I’m here to offer you a space where you can feel completely accepted, without judgment. My personal and professional experiences with BPD allows me to connect with you on a deeper level, making our work together truly collaborative. Together, we can build a life where you find the stability, connection, and understanding you’re seeking.
